Almost nothing in my life has been as consistent as the church and music.
In my deepest moments of anguish, grief, joy, and celebration, the two have collided to push me toward God and toward loving him more.
I spent ten years in full-time worship ministry, investing in a team of 50 volunteers and a worship staff across ten campuses.
God has placed a new vision on my heart: partnering with the Church as a whole to strengthen, equip, and support worship ministries.
Worship ministers face a great challenge. They're asked to be technically precise, musically gifted, charismatic as leaders, and shepherds at heart. It's a tall task, and I don't believe anyone can do it without the support, training, and help of others.
I once told a friend that I'm technically gifted but people oriented. That's the combination I want to bring alongside you and your team.
